Firefox 4 & Firefox Home – Il passo avanti da Mozilla

Ciao a tutti, oggi è uscita la nuova app di Mozilla, Firefox Home. Questa applicazione segue l’uscita della beta 4 di Firefox per Windows e Mac. Questo aggiornamento introduce degli aggiornamenti grafici davvero fantastici! Infatti ora Firefox è identico a Safari. Ora per me questa notizia è del tutto positiva infatti un lato negativo di Firefox 3.x era che la barra degli indirizzi insieme a quella dei perferiti occupava gran parte della finestra di navigazione (soprattutto sugli schermi da 13″ pollici come il mio). Ora finalmente Firefox si aggiorna introducendo appunto una grafica completamente nuova e anche un applicazione per iphone.

Che cos’è Firefox Home?

Firefox Home è un applicazione per iPhone (infatti non è ancora compatibile con iPad) che ci permette di continuare la navigazione che stavamo facendo a casa sul nostro melafonino. Vi mette qualche screen:

In poche parole creando un account di Firefox sync le pagine che visualiziamo (cronologia compresa) verrà salvata sui server di Mozila. Dall’iPhone ci basterà aprire l’app e andando in tabs possiamo vedere le schede aperte a casa. Insomma l’applicazione non è incredibile però il tutto potrebbe essere utile ad alcuni.
